Women's First Team Player Care and Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Player Care Lead to provide an elite player care experience for our women's first team players and families. This role will be an integral part of the Performance & Wellbeing team, ensuring the wellbeing support for the women's first team to help players thrive and deliver 'people to the door of performance'.
As a Player Care Lead, you will develop professional relationships with players and representatives, acting as a point of contact for queries. You will ensure all players receive a high-quality on-boarding process into the club for both overseas and domestic players using a holistic and multi-disciplinary team approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide wellbeing support for the women's first team players and families
- Develop professional relationships with players and representatives
