Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart, responsible for delivering team KPI targets by securing new listing opportunities through proactive customer contact.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process, attracting, winning, and retaining business while representing and promoting the company's brand values and core beliefs.
- Manage colleagues and their performance through regular 1:1's and performance reviews.
- Operate policies, processes, and systems in line with company standards.
- Engage and build relationships with branch managers and regionals across all divisions and businesses.
- Responsible for delivering administration to the branch network and support to regionals.

The Rewards
- A basic salary between £25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on sales management experience.
- Plus a 10% override of your team's commission, which is also uncapped.

Location and Working Hours
This role is based at our head office in Colchester, Essex. The working hours are on a rota shift pattern covering both early and late shifts, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm, with one in three weekends, and a day off in lieu the following week.

- Must have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Proof of right to work in the UK, passport, birth certificate, or other specified documents.
