About You:
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills, who is approachable, open, and professional in their behaviour. You will be at ease in directing others, assertive, and independent-minded, with the ability to resolve conflict. You will also be passionate and enthusiastic about the business, motivated towards excellence, and customer-focused.
Requirements:
- Up to NVQ Level or equivalent in a relevant area (psychology, health and social care, mental health) or experience in the social care/charity sector
- Experience building and developing strong professional partnerships with external providers aligned to their specialism
- IT literate
