**Job Description:**

As a Teaching and Learning in Hospitality Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Your expertise in creating a supportive learning environment and promoting learner progress will be crucial in driving programme success. You will also contribute to the development of curriculum content and assessments, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.

Your ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities that increase income will be vital to the college's financial sustainability. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe learning environment and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record in teaching and learning in hospitality and catering.
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
  • GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English, degree or equivalent industry-based qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Award in Education and Training (AET) or Diploma in Education and Training (DET).
  • Strong IT skills, including online portfolio systems.
