Nursery Practitioner Position

**About the Role:**
Poppies Childcare Agency is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to young children.

**Salary:**
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time role, with opportunities for career progression and further training or qualifications if desired.

**Job Description:**
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery practitioners, planning and delivering engaging educational activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, recent UK Nursery experience, and knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding. A driver with a car is essential due to the remote location of the nursery.
