Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver Trainer to join our team at b-spokes Deliveries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new delivery drivers to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor new delivery drivers on our delivery processes, time management, and geographical areas.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure new drivers are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Monitor and evaluate new drivers' performance, providing constructive feedback and practical tips for improvement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for any questions or challenges that new drivers may face during their training period.
  • Report progress, feedback, and training outcomes to the management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar delivery driver role.
  • Prior experience in training or mentoring other delivery drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery processes, time management, and geographical areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor new drivers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the go.
