Prison Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team at HMP Rochester, a male prison, as a Cred Supervisor. This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of prisoners and staff alike.
HMP Rochester is a self-contained town, and as the Cred Supervisor Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation of the facility. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on small-scale refurbishments and projects, using your skills and knowledge to create a better future for others.
As a Cred Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing small-scale refurbishments and projects, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the facility. You will also have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including prisoners, staff, and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,268.27 per year, plus a range of non-contractual benefits, including 25 days of annual leave, Death in Service at 4x salary, and access to private GP consultations and an Employee Assistance Programme.
