Job Description

At Emotiv Technical Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Process Development Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Air, Fuel and Exhaust development and validation testing in accordance with component & vehicle development plans.
  • Support vehicle programme timing, cost and quality across all business projects.
  • Plan and execute mechanical development / performance development testing.
  • Lead problem solving investigation that occur during development programme.
  • Work closely with virtual validation teams to guide analysis and correlation to test results.
  • Analysis and interpretation of physical test results to correlate simulation and validate design function.
  • Optimization of current test procedure and data analysis tools.
  • Work closely with calibration team to ensure correct/reliable performance.
  • Support PT Systems S.
  • Extensive experience in hands-on powertrain testing / development roles.
  • Managing and developing external engineering resource.
  • Driving optimization through analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with design and simulation teams, understanding data analysis and design process.
  • Italian language skills.
  • Astute project control including resource planning, timing, milestones, and meeting disciplines.
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification, strong background in powertrain development.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in powertrain development.
  • Extensive experience in hands-on powertrain testing / development roles.
  • Managing and developing external engineering resource.
  • Driving optimization through analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with design and simulation teams, understanding data analysis and design process.
  • Italian language skills.
  • Astute project control including resource planning, timing, milestones, and meeting disciplines.
