We are offering a competitive salary of £33,700 per annum, including shift allowance and bonuses, for this position.

To excel in this supervisory manager role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • A strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with FLT Licence and overhead crane operation is desirable.
