Job Title: Director of Analysis

At S3 Science Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Analysis to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our preclinical research team and oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of preclinical studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology, toxicology, or a related field, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the scientific quality and integrity of preclinical data
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of preclinical data
  • Prepare and review comprehensive study reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all studies are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations and other relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with scientific teams and regulatory departments to ensure study protocols align with company goals and comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • PhD in Pharmacology, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in preclinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong scientific knowledge in pharmacology, toxicology, or related disciplines
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously
