About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our Imaging Directorate team as an Imaging Receptionist/Helpdesk. This part-time opportunity will involve a wide range of administration duties and telephone support, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

As an Imaging Receptionist/Helpdesk, you will be responsible for welcoming patients into the Imaging Department, processing referrals, and completing administration tasks. You will also provide telephone support and liaise with clinical team leaders and staff.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good standard of education in English and Maths
  • Reception experience
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills
