About the Role:
This estate agency in North London is looking for a current or aspiring Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be presentable, and able to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vetting and registering new tenants
- Organizing viewings and conducting them effectively
- Providing feedback to landlords
- Negotiating offers from potential renters
- Liaising with the Sales, Tenancy, and Property Management teams
Package Details:
- £18k - £20k basic salary (depending on experience)
- Up to £37k OTE in year one
- Travel costs covered
- A 5-day working week with Saturdays worked but with a day-in-lieu
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
