Job Description: North of England EHV Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our EHV electrical projects in the North of England, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Project Success: Manage EHV electrical projects from inception to completion, achieving desired outcomes and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration among a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Satisfaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Technical Excellence: Apply advanced knowledge of high-voltage engineering principles and practices to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Minimum Requirements:
  • EHV Electrical Project Management experience, preferably in substation or overhead line projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $88,000 - $108,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
