Valuation Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Bolt-On Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for delivering valuation advice across various property assets, including offices, retail, and education sectors.

- Assisting and conducting formal Red Book valuations for purposes such as financial accounting, tax planning, and strategic asset management.
- Supporting portfolio valuations for a range of clients including investors, developers, and landed estates.
- Providing consultancy advice on asset management and development appraisals.
- Maintaining strong sector knowledge and staying up to date with local and national market trends through research and collaboration with other departments.
- Building and maintaining client relationships with a diverse portfolio, from private investors to charities and legal professionals.
- Managing department databases and contributing to efficient project delivery.
- Ensuring timely and professional delivery of valuation reports, meeting all client deadlines.
- Degree or master's degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant field.
- RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
- At least 12 to 24 months of practical experience in commercial property and valuations.
- Proven experience in conducting valuations with strong sector knowledge.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive, positive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality professional advice.
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30
Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
