We're Wordsmith, a cutting-edge legal AI company, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality engineering projects and customer-centric features.

Your primary focus will be on crafting exceptional user experiences and interaction patterns for humans to work with AI. You'll be instrumental in defining and influencing the direction and architecture of our Wordsmith frontend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects efficiently, maintaining a keen attention to detail and delivering real value to our users.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, working closely with our product and design teams.
  • Experiment and innovate novel paradigms of human-AI interaction and user experience for AI-native workflows.
  • Architect and design our product with a focus on security, scalability, and an excellent developer experience.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building web products with a proven track record of delivering user-centric features.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations.
  • Strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Typescript.
  • Passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design.
  • A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth, and constructive feedback seeking.
