Council Home Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our Housing Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard across our housing stock.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position with a salary range of £28,046 - £32,010 per annum, working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and at heights, as well as hold a full clean UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The estimated salary for this position is £31,000 per annum.
