Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £5M CAT B D&B Fit Out project in Chiswick Business Park.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience, with a proven track record of delivering commercial fit outs. They will also have experience working in Chiswick Business Park and be familiar with the local area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the site and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining a high standard of health & safety
  • Reporting to the Project Manager daily
  • Coordinating with the project team to ensure a smooth delivery

The successful candidate will have:

  • CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
  • Experience working in Chiswick Business Park
  • Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
  • Procore Experience
  • Experience in delivering commercial fit outs
  • Major experience in M+E
  • Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
  • Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
  • Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
  • Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
