Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our team at Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the practice adheres to our operational standards and provides exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring dispensing team members and optical assistants
  • Providing regular constructive feedback and review meetings
  • Ensuring smart booking and diary management
  • Developing and implementing operational standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Practice Manager or Deputy Practice Manager
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients
