We're committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and driving success in the defence sector. As a Lead Defence Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients to deliver complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the South of the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience working on Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities or Highways projects, preferably with NEC accreditation. You'll be responsible for leading project management commissions, providing support on major projects, and ensuring client objectives are met within time, cost, and quality targets.
You'll have a strong understanding of NEC contract administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Your self-motivation, strategic problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of CDM/site health and safety will be essential assets in this role.
Our ideal candidate will hold a degree in a construction-related subject and possess relevant qualifications, such as chartered status with ICE, APM, RICS, or similar. Preference will be given to those with NEC/FIDIC commercial experience.
Please note that due to the sensitive nature of these projects, candidates must hold or be able to obtain UK MoD security clearance and hold a British Passport.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
