Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team as a Team Leader. As a senior member of our family law team, you will be responsible for leading a team of lawyers and providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior family lawyer who is looking to take on a new challenge and lead a team of talented lawyers. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, negotiating with clients and opposing parties, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of family lawyers and provide strategic guidance and support
  • Provide exceptional legal services to clients, including matrimonial finance and private child law cases
  • Negotiate with clients and opposing parties to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the performance of the team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • 7 years plus PQE in private family law
  • Experience in matrimonial finance and private child law cases
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
