Job Description:

As a Community Foot Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to patients with high-risk foot conditions. You will conduct thorough autonomous assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will be required to maintain accurate records, adhere to professional standards, and stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices.
