Head of Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Two Rivers Housing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to our compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in a housing or property-related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
