Adults Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team at Legal Southwest in Newton Abbot. As a Private Client Court of Protection specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of cases, including:

• Handling deputyship applications and managing clients' financial affairs
• Providing expert legal advice on Powers of Attorney
• Managing a range of cases, including those involving mental capacity law, deputyship orders, and the legal framework of the Court of Protection

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection matters
• Knowledge of mental capacity law, deputyship orders, and the legal framework of the Court of Protection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
