We are seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our team in delivering exceptional service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning services. Main Responsibilities:- Undertake all necessary training to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to achieve outstanding results.
- Ensure compliance with all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain designated areas to an agreed level of cleanliness, completing daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Deliver exceptional service to a high standard, ensuring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Report any maintenance needs identified during cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to security protocols, including locking doors and following lost property procedures.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities.
- Be familiar with all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
- Set a positive example in terms of dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £26,500 per annum, depending on experience, and access to a range of benefits designed to support your lifestyle and career goals.
