We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site Preparation Specialist on behalf of our client based in Irvine. As a Site Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to ground preparation and construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering projects, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing construction sites, including removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Excavation and Trenching: Digging trenches and foundations for structures, utilities, and drainage systems.
  • Concrete Work: Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete for foundations, paths, and other structures.
  • Drainage and Pipework: Installing and maintaining drainage systems, including laying pipes and connecting them to existing systems.
  • Roadwork's: Constructing and repairing roads, pavements, and kerbs.
  • Landscaping: Assisting with landscaping tasks such as laying turf, planting, and installing fencing.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Site Preparation Specialist or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of hand and power tools relevant to site preparation tasks.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
