About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at Career Moves. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision for our recruitment marketing campaigns across Europe.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling creative assets for paid marketing campaigns aimed at attracting top talent for our tier 1 positions. This is an exciting opportunity to join us during a transformative phase for our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure our brand assets appear consistently across all marketing channels.
  • Produce, adapt, and roll out campaign and evergreen assets across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Work in project teams to deliver content and full-funnel briefs that ladder up to strategic business needs.
  • Collaborate with the production manager and creative director to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand content.
  • Deliver consistent artwork for all digital outputs, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Edit and shape content to ensure it works across multiple channels.
  • Provide light image retouching and color correction support for assets when needed.
  • Contribute to our brand guidelines and ensure all assets meet the required standard.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (where relevant).
  • Work with partnering teams to understand channel limitations and ensure all collateral has a 'channel-first' approach.
About You
  • You will have highly competent skills in using Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Video editing skills in After Effects or Final Cut Pro would be an advantage.
  • You will have a strong knowledge of design foundations, including layout, typography, iconography, and photography.
  • You will have a good understanding of digital design to ensure the creation of best-in-class assets.
  • You will be organized, efficient, and have a can-do attitude, striving to improve processes through the studio to drive efficiency and smooth running.
