We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director to support our client’s development facility in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Support the Chief in managing the office staff and resources
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a development facility
- Proven track record of managing office operations and staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
