We are recruiting 7.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers to join our supportive transport team, operating a Job and Finish scheme to promote a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for individuals who enjoy being out on the road, love meeting new people, and want to experience variety every day.

Dealing with items such as refrigerators, televisions, and indoor and outdoor furniture requires hard work and dedication. By choosing to be part of our Transport team, you will be warmly welcomed into the ArrowXL family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for your vehicle while representing the company and brand to the highest possible standards.
  • Delivering customer products with your colleague, ensuring packaging and product is free from damage.
  • Delivering orders to the customers' room of choice.
  • Assemble and/or install customer products (full training for installation services is provided).
  • Ensuring as a team, you always keep your customers up to date on the progress of their delivery.
  • Resolve any customer questions or concerns as they may arise.
Requirements
  • First-class communication and customer service skills.
  • Hold the correct driving license to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle.
  • Fully completed your driver CPC training.
  • In possession of a digital tachograph card.
  • Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
Package Details
  • £14.45 per hour.
  • 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Job and Finish scheme, guaranteeing pay until the end of your shift if your work is completed earlier.
  • Overtime and extra shifts are available and paid at time and a half.
  • Delivery bonus for more than 140 drops per week, 55p will be paid per extra drop.
  • Free onsite JAUPT accredited internal Driver CPC training, saving you over £200 every year.
