About the Role
The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Induction Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development department, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate and bespoke Induction training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of all corporate and bespoke Induction training programs.
- Advise managers and staff on Induction and training requirements across all professions.
- Develop effective relationships with the Recruitment team and HCSW Education team to improve communication and enable effective planning of induction training.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate all Trust Induction programs, incorporating various training methods, media, and styles tailored to suit staff audiences at all levels.
- Manage the New Starters Guide to UHSussex and ensure that all Induction information is regularly reviewed via user feedback and updated.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification, experience of designing and delivering Induction or engagement programs, and experience of planning and organizing Induction training. They will also have good Microsoft skills and be able to display a confident, proactive, and collaborative approach when communicating with team members, HR colleagues, and staff at all levels.
