Job Title: Researcher - Social Impact and Public Sector Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and conducting deliberative engagement research, as well as working on other research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and manage small to large-scale engagement projects
* Conduct face-to-face workshops, events, and participatory research
* Work on other research projects, including qualitative techniques such as moderating online and offline, focus groups, and in-depth interviews
* Develop new business opportunities and bid for research projects

Requirements:

* Strong experience in designing and conducting deliberative engagement research
* Experience in qualitative research techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and project management skills
