Infrastructure Systems Specialist

Role Responsibility
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teams across the Council's Infrastructure Division to maximize the use of existing systems, develop a deep understanding of service requirements, and drive process and system improvements to business systems.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in a similar public sector or corporate environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and partnership working. The ideal candidate will have skills in identifying and analyzing business issues, developing processes, stakeholder management, and training others in the use of IT systems.
Key skills for this role include strong communication and engagement, the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies, and the ability to lead group training exercises.
Key Responsibilities
