Job Summary

We are seeking a new Office Administrator to provide administrative support services to the firm, reporting to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present meeting spaces in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked and prepared for meetings, including water, coffee, and tea.
  • Maintain stock of the kitchen and arrange couriers and taxis as needed.
  • Receive phone calls and welcome visitors to the meeting room.
  • Assist the Senior Administrator in maintaining the database of contacts.
Requirements

Experience working in an office environment is essential. The successful candidate will be based in the office at 1 Ely Place EC1N 6RY.

The salary for this role is between £30,000 and £35,000 annually, depending on experience.
