**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operative Team Member to join our Chocolate Manufacturing Team at Hotel Chocolat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality chocolate products while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Continuously monitor and improve line efficiency to meet production targets.
- Place chocolate into trays and boxes, and make pallets up with product.
- Bring buckets of chocolate to and from the lines, and place lids on moulds.
- Put inserts into trays, hand feed flow-wrappers, and clean the lines.
- Stack product onto moveable trolleys, and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety systems.
- Work to and in line with production control systems, and support Senior Operatives when setting up the line and line changes.
**Requirements**
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Basic knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Good written and verbal English.
**Desirable Qualifications**
- Knowledge of continuous improvement skills.
- Food manufacturing experience.
