Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Octagon Group, a leading technology company in the UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in electrical design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical designs for products, applications, and equipment, including wiring, busbars, component selection, and internal layout design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management, operations, and other functions.
  • Ensure the quality, cost, and design of your work and others' work are optimal.
  • Adhere to Business Management Systems and conduct project and ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent team player with enthusiasm and a comprehensive understanding of engineering systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Experienced in balancing engineering risks and business priorities.
  • Quick to assimilate and analyze large amounts of data.
