Teacher Aide

beBee Professionals is seeking a Teacher Aide to support our school in Farnborough, United Kingdom. This role involves managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and support students with their learning when necessary.
• Assist with administrative duties as required and adapt to different classroom environments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work on short notice and maintain a positive attitude toward supporting students.
