The Role

You will be supporting two lovely ladies within the family home. They have learning disabilities and complex health needs, requiring full support with all aspects of daily life.

Your duties will include medication administration, moving and handling, peg feeding, and personal care. The ladies enjoy music, arts and crafts, football, and good company.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract Options

We offer full-time and part-time contracts, with flexible hours based on availability.

Shift Times

Shifts are 8am to 8pm across 7 days, with a level of flexibility required.
