Job Description: The beBee Professionals team is seeking a highly skilled SEN Student Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with SEN students, supporting them in achieving their educational and personal goals. This is a dynamic and challenging role, requiring a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans, focusing on building academic skills, social relationships, and emotional regulation.
  • Provide individualized support to SEN students, using evidence-based strategies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, tracking data and making recommendations for future interventions.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a strong foundation in child development and behavioral sciences.
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
