**Job Title:** Leadership Partner

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly capable Employment Solicitor to bolster our Leeds-based team and encourage the steady growth of our national team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside senior colleagues, servicing complex Employment matters and building longstanding relationships with our clients.

**About the Role:**

* Advise public and private employers, partnerships, and senior executives on a spectrum of Employment matters
* Work on a variety of Employment cases, including complex litigation and employment law disputes
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and implement Employment strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
