We are seeking a skilled Planner Scheduler to join our team at Intec Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine service visits and dispatch callouts to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage engineers' diaries, including re-scheduling works to cover absences or emergency tasks.
- Complete relevant documents, such as permits, to ensure works proceed as planned.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email for planning and administrative queries.
- Collaborate with field line managers to optimize engineer productivity.
- Work with other departments to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Report to the Planning team manager and mentors to ensure individual and team KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a high-pressure environment.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications simultaneously.
- A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent decision-making skills.
