Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at a dynamic SEND school in Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with complex needs, working collaboratively with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality support to students with SEND and SEMH needs
- To assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and training in SEND and SEMH support
- Proven experience working in a SEND setting or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
