Job Description: Dedicated Primary Classroom Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • To create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
  • To regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • To collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • To participate in and contribute to school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in teaching at the primary level.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
