Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the business.

About the Role:

The Financial Director will be responsible for leading the financial function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for managing the financial risks and ensuring that the company's financial policies and procedures are in place and followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring that the company's financial goals and objectives are aligned with its business strategy.
• Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
• Manage the financial risks associated with the company's business activities, including currency exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, and cash management.
• Ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate, complete, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA.
• Experience from the Manufacturing industry, preferably having implemented standard costing.
• A track record of delivering digital transformation projects and working with systems.
• Multi-site experience would prove beneficial, managing across borders.
• Either previous responsibility of being in a No.1 Finance role, or ready to take this next step.
