Our client, a Property Developer, is seeking an HR Advisor for a permanent role with a salary of up to £45,000. The successful candidate will work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, providing proactive and professional HR services and delivering high-quality advice and support. They will work closely with the People Partner to coordinate new hire onboarding activities, manage offboarding processes, and provide support with employee relations and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including creating new joiner paperwork and facilitating orientations.
  • Manage the offboarding process, processing employee separations, conducting exit interviews, and processing leaver forms.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with the administration of the employee benefits program.
  • Employee relations - provide support to the People Business Partner in relation to grievances, maternity, paternity, note-taking, and leading initial investigations.
  • Manage the employee relations tracker.
  • Compliance and reporting - assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • HR projects and initiatives - support and lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including process improvements, policy updates, and special events.
  • Recruitment support - conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or a bachelor's degree in human resources (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Strong HR experience.
  • Experience managing and supporting on ER cases.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to the office and London-based sites.
