The ideal candidate for this I.T Business Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose IT solutions that align with business needs.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with experience in:

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT systems, software development, and database management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of business processes and IT systems.
