The Opportunity:


We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Service Experience Strategist to join our Defence & Security team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to high-impact projects that make a tangible difference in national safety and resilience.


About the Role:


As a Digital Service Experience Strategist, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to research complex user needs and develop service blueprints and journey maps. Your role involves working with stakeholders to set measurable objectives, identifying areas for service enhancement, and partnering with product teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of service experiences.


Essential Requirements:



  • Proven experience in digital service design, including creative service design artefacts for end-to-end multi-touchpoint services
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with agile and iterative design processes and a passion for creating user-centric services
