Coatings Technician

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Technician to join Venatu Recruitment Group Careers in Doncaster on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with ACPU and water-based paints and a background in shop fitting, joinery, engineering, or automotive PDI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coating Preparation: Prepare and mix ACPU and water-based paints to the required specifications.
  • Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prep and sand surfaces for optimal coating adhesion and a smooth finish.
  • Application: Apply coatings using spray equipment, ensuring an even, high-quality finish.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual Leave: 32 days, including bank holidays.
  • Benefits Package: Westfield Health cover and company pension scheme.
  • Overtime: Guaranteed 5 hours per week paid at time and a quarter.
  • Early Friday Finish.

Estimated Salary: £28,250 per annum based on location and industry standards.
