About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for various franchises within your remit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process holiday, sick, maternity, and paternity leave payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll for approximately 3,600 employees.
  • Record payroll data accurately in our software system.
  • Assist with issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with Payroll is essential.
  • Proficient in manual payroll calculations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
