Business Course Leader (Tutor)

About the Role

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a highly skilled Business Course Leader to join our Business and Accounting Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to learners on both accredited and non-accredited programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver business-related courses and programs
  • Lead and manage a team of tutors and support staff
  • Contribute to the development of business curriculum and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress and achievement
