About the Role

This is a full-time teaching position available in a busy Secondary school in Sefton. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Food Technology to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Food Technology to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Contribute to the development of the Food Technology department
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching Food Technology in a Secondary school setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
