Lamination Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lamination Specialist to join our team at Kairos Recruitment Group. As a Lamination Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lamination machinery, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with our production team to meet production targets.

• Operate and maintain lamination machinery, including Nordmeccanica machines, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct daily and pre-running machine checks to prevent material contamination and ensure quality control.
• Set up and monitor the manufacturing process to detect defects or deviations from standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Liaise with the production team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for existing and new customers.

• Extensive experience working with lamination machinery, specifically Nordmeccanica machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work, as required.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Kanban systems an advantage.
